Q: Can you guarantee me a profit if I join?

Q: How many tips will I receive?
A: We avoid poor quality racing lke a politician avoids a question, so that will depend on the quality of racing in any given week. Patience is a virtue, and also the key to our success, so don't expect daily advice but do expect between 1 and 5 tips per week.

Q: Can I pay by cheque or money order?
A: We only use PayPal for payment online processing as it is safe, secure, and you have the additional benefit of thier Buyer Protection Scheme. You can pay using any credit or debit card, and we pay the fees.

Q: Can I pay by Bank Transfer?
A: We can accept payment via direct Bank Transfer for those who are not happy to set up a recurring payment, or if you do not have a PayPal account, although this can delay your access to the services. For full details, simply send a blank email to banktransfer@disltd.net. Your account will be activated as soon as payment has cleared.

Q: I've subscribed to other services which let me down. What makes your service different?

Q: I am not resident in the U.K but want my tips by SmS text message. Can you help?
A: In the majority of cases, yes we can, but we can only guarantee that UK mobiles will receive the information. If you'd like us to send you a test message to an overseas mobile, just email us at admin@onthegallops.co.uk.
